Maulidurasul 1436H and the truth about Muhammad

"In The Name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful"

Maulidurasul (Mawlid/Maulud) refers to the birthday of Prophet Muhammad bin Abdullah PBUH (Peace be upon him). The date is on the 12th Rabiul Awal in Hijriah calender which is the Islamic calender. 

Who is this Muhammad PBUH? He is our prophet, the messenger of Allah and our leader. In fact, he is the last prophet and messenger of Allah. He is the blessing of Allah for the universe (Al Anbiya, 21:107) including you, no matter who you're either you believe him or not. He delivered Allah's words, which is the Quran without any modification and he spoke the truth.

There is nothing to doubt about his existence nor being skeptical upon his words. Allah mentions  Muhammad's name four times in the Quran, once as 'Ahmad' and many times indirectly.

You can check Muhammad's name in the Quran by referring to these verses:

1) Ali Imran 3:144 - It is about Muhammad is the messenger of Allah

2) Al Ahzab 33:40 - Declaration that Muhammad is the last prophet

3) Muhammad 47:2 - Believe and have faith in Allah and Muhammad's teaching (from Allah)

4) Al Fath 48:29 - A clear message: Muhammad is a messenger (of Allah)! Explanation on the 

                              characters of the Muslims and Mukmineen (believers).

And Allah had also warned Prophet Muhammad PBUH regarding certain issues as we can verify it in the Quran. Those issues addressed by Allah are among the numerous beneficial lessons to us as human. This is the another proof that Muhammad is real, true and the last prophet because those cases occurred during the time of Prophet Muhammad PBUH and not in the other prophets era. The related verses are;

1) At Taubah 9:113

2) Al Kahfi 16:23-24

3) Al Tahrim 66:1-5 

4) Al Mujadalah 58: 1-4

Here are the additional verses about Muhammad that can be found in the Quran;

And [mention] when Jesus, the son of Mary, said, "O children of Israel, indeed I am the messenger of Allah to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing good tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name is Ahmad." But when he came to them with clear evidences, they said, "This is obvious magic." As Saf -  61:6

There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves. Grievous to him is what you suffer; [he is] concerned over you and to the believers is kind and merciful. But if they turn away, [O Muhammad], say, "Sufficient for me is Allah ; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne." At Taubah 9:128-129.

Hence, my brothers and sisters. Stay firm and no need to doubt about Prophet Muhammad PBUH. He spoke no lies and created no alteration to the Quran. He is the last Prophet and Messenger of Allah. Though he had left us for more than a thousand year ago, his teachings and sunnah are always be with us. Find his teaching and sunnah, learn it and practice it. To Allah we pray and ask for forgiveness.
